Job Description
StageYou, Inc. is recruiting Forward Deployed Engineers for active opportunities with fast-growing U.S. technology companies. We are seeking a highly capable engineer who combines strong hands-on software engineering skills with the ability to work directly with customers to deploy, integrate, and improve production systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex real-world problems, working closely with users and technical stakeholders, and taking solutions from initial design through implementation, deployment, and production. What You May Work On Design, build, integrate, and deploy production-grade software and infrastructure Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and operational workflows Build backend services, APIs, integrations, internal tools, and data workflows Deploy applications into cloud, hybrid, or customer-controlled environments Troubleshoot complex software, infrastructure, networking, data, and integration issues Build reusable solutions from customer-specific requirements Partner with product and engineering teams to feed customer requirements back into the core product Support technical discovery, prototypes, demonstrations, onboarding, and production rollouts Work with AI/ML-enabled products where relevant Travel or work onsite with customers when required What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional software engineering, infrastructure engineering, SRE, solutions engineering, or related experience Strong programming ability in one or more of Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, C++, or similar Experience with APIs, backend systems, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, Kafka, Terraform, and CI/CD Ability to debug unfamiliar systems and solve problems independently Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with technical and non-technical customers High ownership, adaptability, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments Particularly Valuable Experience Forward Deployed Engineering Solutions Engineering / Customer Engineering Infrastructure / DevOps / SRE Full-stack or backend engineering AI/ML deployment or LLM-enabled applications Enterprise integrations Security-sensitive or regulated environments Technical consulting or post-sales engineering Application Requirements Please ensure your CV includes: A valid personal email address Your LinkedIn profile URL Applications missing a personal email address, LinkedIn profile, current country of residence, or the required US work eligibility will not be considered.
