Job Description
Description Hyatt is building a Brand Immersion Training program to support developers who evaluate and invest in Hyatt brands. This role will lead the design, build, and execution of learning experiences that translate brand strategy into clear, practical training. The Manager will act as both strategist and hands on builder, owning the development of learning experiences from concept through delivery. This includes designing learning journeys, creating content, and ensuring the program drives real world application. This role requires strong execution, comfort working in an agile environment, and the ability to partner across a complex stakeholder landscape. Core Responsibilities Own end to end execution of Brand Immersion training program Design and build learning experiences from scratch Translate brand standards into actionable training content Create engaging and interactive learning modules Partner with design resources to elevate content quality Manage stakeholders across brand, development, and leadership teams Measure effectiveness and continuously improve content Expand learning formats beyond e learning where applicable Leverage AI and tools to accelerate delivery Skills graphic design Top Skills Details graphic design Additional Skills & Qualifications Chicago preferred with strong preference for in office collaboration 2 to 3 days per week Sales enablement or marketing focused learning strongly preferred Experience working in enterprise and highly matrixed environments Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Rise, Canva, and video tools Experience working in agile teams with standups and sprint planning Ability to balance hands on work with stakeholder coordination

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
