Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Data Scientist to support patient engagement and patient experience initiatives through the development of explainable machine learning models and agentic AI solutions. This role will contribute to the evolution of a multi-agent system, an agentic platform designed to support specialty business use cases focused on patient outreach and engagement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience building machine learning models and exposure to generative or agentic AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Enhance and modernize existing machine learning models with a focus on explainability and business impact. Build, evaluate, and maintain classification and regression models that support patient engagement and outreach initiatives. Develop new data science solutions designed to improve the patient experience for individuals managing ongoing medication therapies. Build and support AI agents that leverage model outputs to generate responses and insights based on business questions. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Sage multi-agent system. Partner with business stakeholders to translate patient engagement objectives into data-driven solutions. Provide technical collaboration and guidance to team members and dotted-line contributors. Operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
