Job Description- Senior ML/AI Engineer (100% Remote) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ML/AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. This fully remote role involves building production-grade AI systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation across data, automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business and product applications. Develop scalable ML pipelines, data processing workflows, and model deployment solutions. Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams. Implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring, versioning, CI/CD, and automation. Work with large datasets and cloud-based AI/ML platforms. Develop APIs and services for AI model integration into applications. Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference efficiency. Conduct research and stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. Required Skills Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or generative AI technologies. Knowledge of MLOps tools and deployment frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. Experience deploying production AI systems at scale. Relevant certifications or open-source contributions are a plus. Preferred Experience Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications. Exposure to vector databases, RAG architectures, or AI agents. Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or enterprise AI environments. Remote/distributed team collaboration experience.
