Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI & Analytics Platform Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics solutions. This role is responsible for integrating AI and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and drive innovation-particularly within legal and professional services environments. Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross?functional teams, this leader will define AI strategy, identify high?impact use cases, and oversee the deployment of AI?enabled tools that support business operations and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Leadership Define and execute an AI and analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals. Identify opportunities for machine learning, natural language processing, automation, and advanced analytics to improve workflows and client service. Evaluate emerging technologies to support long?term digital transformation. Establish governance guidelines for responsible AI usage, data privacy, and compliance. Platform & Operational Management Oversee AI platforms and tools from design through deployment and ongoing optimization. Manage vendor relationships and third?party AI solutions to ensure scalability and value. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems meet enterprise standards. Oversee analytics and reporting initiatives to support data?driven decision?making. Team Enablement & Adoption Align AI initiatives with business needs and existing systems. Promote adoption of AI capabilities across teams through collaboration and education. Support resource planning and prioritization for high?impact AI projects. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Modernize operations through the adoption of AI and emerging technologies. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and ethical AI practices. Gather stakeholder feedback to refine and improve AI solutions. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education & Credentials Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; technology?related fields ideal. Relevant technical certifications are a plus. Experience & Skills Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing AI solutions, preferably within legal, professional services, or regulated industries. Strong technical knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and automation. Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and business workflows. Demonstrated success leading cross?functional initiatives and delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience managing vendors and evaluating third?party AI platforms. Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
