Description Robert Half Talent Solutions, Technology Division, is recruiting on behalf of our client for an AI Product Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technology professional who combines software engineering expertise with experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions in production environments. The ideal candidate will help design, develop, and operationalize AI-driven products that enhance analytics, automation, and business decision-making capabilities while partnering closely with technical and business stakeholders. Responsibilities + Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled products and capabilities using generative AI technologies. + Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. + Develop conversational AI, intelligent agents, workflow automation, and decision-support capabilities. + Create and support AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI and related technologies. + Establish best practices around AI development, monitoring, governance, and production readiness. + Ensure AI products are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with responsible AI principles. + Help define product success metrics and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities. Requirements Required Qualifications + 5+ years of software engineering experience. + Experience deploying AI or Generative AI solutions into production environments. + Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, document intelligence, conversational AI, or AI agent technologies. + Strong development experience with Python and/or .NET. + Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise application development. + Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications + Experience building customer-facing AI products or AI-enabled software solutions. + Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or AI agent frameworks. + Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or conversational analytics platforms. + Knowledge of transportation, logistics, supply chain, or analytics platforms. + Experience translating business challenges into scalable AI product solutions.
