In this role, you will serve as the primary functional expert for Oracle Fusion, partnering with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Information Technology to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and support business growth. In a typical day, you'll collaborate with business leaders to understand operational and financial challenges, evaluate existing processes, and lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in financial applications, business process optimization, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, and system configuration to streamline operations and improve data accuracy across the enterprise. You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex business needs into practical solutions while ensuring Oracle Fusion capabilities are fully utilized. You'll lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, change management, training, and user adoption efforts while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the platform. You will also play a key role in supporting integrations between Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CPQ, and other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow from quote creation through financial processing and reporting. Success in this role means delivering measurable improvements in process efficiency, financial accuracy, compliance, user experience, and business outcomes while helping shape the future direction of our Oracle Fusion environment through innovation, automation, and artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities. "What You'll Do" Core Business Analysis Competencies Analyze and clarify business problems, goals, and constraints. Translate business needs into actionable requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to elicit requirements. Resolve conflicting needs and prioritize requirements. Document requirements (Business Requirements Document (BRD), Configuration Document (BR100), gap analysis, Functional Specification Document (FSD) user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps). Ensure documentation is clear and accessible to both business and IT teams. Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes. Identify pain points and recommend process improvements within system constraints. Technical & Functional Skills Understand how business processes are supported by systems. Suggest configuration changes or enhancements. Analyze business data requirements and define data flows between systems. Assess upstream/downstream impacts of changes. Document test cases and scenarios; support UAT planning and execution. Validate solutions against business requirements. Proficient in tools such as Jira (or similar), Excel, Visio (or similar), PL/SQL (nice to have) and general business productivity software. Change, Training & Support Competencies Communicate the business impact of system or process changes. Support user adoption by explaining changes and their rationale. Prepare user guides and training materials; assist in training delivery. Triage user issues and escalate to support teams as needed. Provide business context for audits, governance, and change approvals. Stakeholder & Interpersonal Skills Manage relationships with business owners, PMs, and end-users. Balance competing priorities and negotiate scope or trade-offs. Communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms. Translate technical concepts into business language. Collaborate with PMs, application administrators, developers, and support teams. Work effectively across functions and organizational levels. Performs other related duties as assigned. "Must Haves" 4-5 years of hands-on experience with at least 3 of any of these
