Salary Range:
$70,310 - $80,600 DCS Corp. is seeking an experienced Data Analyst, BI Dashboard & Report Developer to support the WSSIS V Contract at the
F/A-18 & EA-18G IPT.
This role supports data analysis, dashboard development, reporting, and business application support in a dynamic DoD environment and is expected to work effectively with in a DoD SAFe Agile environment.
Essential Job Function:
Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data, reports, dashboards, and business applications to ensure high-quality, accurate, and reliable outputs. Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, metrics, and visualizations that support stakeholder decision-making. Perform detailed validation and quality assurance checks on data sources, calculations, report logic, and dashboard outputs prior to release or distribution. Support data transformation, wrangling, and reporting activities while maintaining data integrity and consistency. Identify data anomalies, discrepancies, and reporting issues; investigate root causes and support timely resolution. Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable dashboards, reports, and metrics. Provide responsive and professional customer support to end users by addressing reporting questions, resolving issues, and clearly communicating data limitations, assumptions, and solutions. Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships through reliable service, follow-through, and effective communication. Support process analysis and continuous improvement efforts to enhance reporting quality, usability, and efficiency. Communicate clearly with stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Support Agile best practices, processes, and tools in alignment with data analysis, report development, and dashboard creation activities.
Required Skills:
U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract and/or security clearance requirements. Bachelor's degree with 2 plus years related experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required U.S. security clearance. Minimum of one year of relevant experience in data analysis, dashboard development or reporting support.& Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills such as formulas, charts, pivot tables, and data models. Experience with SQL and/or Python queries. Experience with databases, relational data concepts, data modeling, and data transformation. Experience building dashboards or visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SSRS, or Python. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to validate data, reports, dashboards, and calculations for accuracy and consistency. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve reporting or data issues. Strong customer support and stakeholder service skills, with the ability to respond professionally and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Desired Skills:
Experience supporting business users with reporting, dashboard troubleshooting, or analytics requests. Experience validating report logic, calculations, and data accuracy in business intelligence or reporting environments. Familiarity with the DoD and Agile processes, tools, and team collaboration practices. Experience supporting process improvement initiatives related to reporting, data quality, or workflow efficiency. Work Location /

Full-time on-site in China Lake, CA; hybrid and remote work are not available for this role.
