Job Description

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a SAP CPI Consultant for their Stamford, CT/Remote location.

Responsibilities:

Support and maintain SAP CPI iFlows across production and non-production environments.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration incidents, interface failures, and service requests.

Develop, modify, and enhance CPI integrations to support business requirements and application changes.

Monitor interface performance and proactively identify integration issues before they impact business operations.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Work closely with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical stakeholders to support integration-related initiatives.

Configure and manage integration adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SuccessFactors, Mail, and API Management components.

Manage security certificates, endpoints, connectivity configurations, and API integrations.

Ensure adherence to established SLAs for incident resolution and service delivery.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, knowledge transfer materials, and support procedures.

Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production validation activities for integration solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and reliable operation of business-critical interfaces.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

8+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies.

Strong hands-on experience with

SAP CPI/SAP

Integration Suite and SAP BTP Integration Services.

Proven experience developing and supporting CPI iFlows in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise with integration adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SuccessFactors, Mail, and API Management.

Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Understanding of API-based integrations, security certificates, authentication mechanisms, and connectivity configurations.

Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, and related integration standards.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid support and project delivery environment.
