ERP Business Analyst

Description We're looking for an ERP Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping optimize and support our ERP systems. This role is ideal for someone who understands business processes, translates requirements clearly, and ensures ERP solutions deliver real value. What you'll do: + Partner with business teams to gather, document, and analyze ERP requirements + Translate business needs into functional specifications for ERP enhancements and integrations + Support ERP modules related to finance, supply chain, operations, or HR + Work with IT, vendors, and developers to implement system improvements + Analyze existing workflows and recommend process optimizations + Support ERP upgrades, patches, and new module implementations + Troubleshoot ERP issues and support testing, validation, and user acceptance (UAT) + Create documentation, process flows, and training materials Requirements What we're looking for: + 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ERP systems + Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Workday, or similar) + Strong understanding of business processes and data flows + Ability to write clear functional requirements and documentation + Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders + Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Nice to have: + ERP implementation or upgrade experience + SQL or reporting experience + Experience with integrations, APIs, or data migration + Agile or SDLC experience + Accounting, supply chain, or operations domain knowledge Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
