As the Analyst, HR Technology - Oracle, you'll take ownership of day-to-day core HR and compensation configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, working closely alongside our Oracle HCM lead. You'll partner with Compensation, Talent, IT and other stakeholders on configuration enhancements, testing, ticket resolution, and data validation.
