at Essani Inernational LLC in South Elgin, Illinois, United States Job Description Gather and analyze market and business data using Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL to support data-driven business and IT decision-making; Create interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau to visualize trends and insights; Apply data analysis techniques to identify, document, and interpret trends and patterns in business processes to support applied business research; Perform data cleansing, processing, transformation, and integration, and develop trend analyses, forecasts, and benchmarking reports against competing datasets for project needs; Conduct impact assessments and performance analysis using QlikView and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to evaluate initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements. Design and maintain database objects, including views, tables, and stored procedures, to optimize reporting performance and data accessibility. Synthesize business intelligence findings into concise reports and presentations to support strategic planning and project execution.
