SAP S/4HANA

Sales and Distribution capabilities across order management, pricing, billing, logistics execution, integrations, testing, and production support. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, testers, and integration partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and clean-core SAP solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD functional designs, configurations, test scenarios, and implementation plans.

Configure and support SAP SD processes, including:

Order creation, changes, and cancellationsPricing and billingDelivery processing and returnsThird-party order processingIntercompany salesConsignment processingOutput determinationCustomer and material master data managementSupport

SAP S/4HANA

Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and integration with adjacent modules, including MM, FI/CO, EWM/LE, and Service Parts Planning solutions.

Provide expertise in Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) functionality.

Prepare and review functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, APIs, and workflow requirements.

Collaborate with

ABAP, SAP

BTP, CPI/API, EDI/IDoc, Fiori, and integration teams to design and validate end-to-end solutions.

Participate in fit-to-standard workshops, process design discussions, impact assessments, and gap analyses for

implementations and enhancements.

Support testing activities, including:

Unit TestingSystem Integration Testing (SIT)Regression TestingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Defect management and test evidence documentationProvide production support by troubleshooting incidents, performing root-cause analysis, recommending solutions, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Create and maintain documentation, including:

Business process documentationConfiguration rationaleFunctional specificationsTraining materialsSupport guidesCutover documentationParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives using tools such as Jira.

Experience within automotive, manufacturing, service parts, dealer order management, aftersales, logistics, or supply chain environments.

Experience integrating SAP SD with:

MMFI/COEWM/LEGTSSPP/eSPPExternal applicationsExperience with Agile delivery methodologies, Jira, test automation, cutover planning, hypercare, and production support.

Additional ExpectationsCollaborate regularly with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, testers, and external partners.

Participate in global working sessions as needed to support cross-regional teams.

Deliver high-quality documentation, thoroughly tested solutions, and timely issue resolution.
