Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements across Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, and IT. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, resolve issues, and improve business processes. Create documentation, process flows, and system requirements. Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams. Application Development & System Support Develop, enhance, and maintain RPGLE applications in the IBM i (AS/400) environment. Provide Level 1-3 support for BPCS, AS/400, and related business applications. Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance manufacturing, logistics, and finance systems. Support core manufacturing functions including Shop Floor Control (SFC), Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Provide support for warehouse management, purchasing, costing, billing, sales, and financial operations. Participate in SAP migration and system integration initiatives as required.
