We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to focus on enterprise scheduling, workload automation, and production operations. This role is ideal for an IT professional who can operate across production support, scheduling engineering, automation, and business systems analysis. This role will ensure the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of enterprise scheduling processes that support CHS' agricultural, energy, financial, supply-chain, and corporate operations. This position will work across SAP and non-SAP environments, supporting current-state scheduling platforms, and help prepare CHS for future scheduling and automation needs. Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise job schedules, workflows, calendars, triggers, dependencies, alerts, and automation processes. Support workload automation across SAP and non-SAP environments using enterprise scheduling platforms such as Tidal, Control-M, Redwood RunMyJobs, Stonebranch, Beta Systems Software, or similar tools. Provide senior-level production support for batch cycles, scheduled processes, integrations, and automation workflows, including participation in an on-call rotation. Troubleshoot complex scheduling and batch processing issues, including job failures, delays, dependency conflicts, missed triggers, calendar issues, and downstream impacts. Serve as a technical lead during high-priority incidents, coordinating with application, infrastructure, database, security, cloud, and business teams to restore service and reduce business impact. Perform root cause analysis, identify recurring issues, and drive corrective actions that improve reliability, resiliency, recoverability, and operational stability. Partner with application teams and business stakeholders to onboard new systems, business processes, and integrations into the enterprise scheduling environment. Support scheduling and automation needs related to
