Job Description

Job Summary The SAP IBP Response & Supply Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions to support clients in their transformation and migration initiatives. This role involves working closely with internal teams, customers, and sales partners to deliver high-quality consulting services while contributing to pre-sales efforts and solution development. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement solid, scalable, and flexible solutions to support clients migrating and transforming environments from commodity hardware to Oracle Exastack. Partner with the Sales organization to support pre-sales activities, including drafting proposals, providing effort estimations, and participating in client presentations. Collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers to identify solutions for both existing and proposed Oracle Engineered Systems, including Exadata, Exalogic, and Super Cluster environments. Leverage extensive implementation experience to lead the delivery of Exastack-specific engagements. Work with Oracle's sales, alliance, and product teams to develop joint solutions and go-to-market initiatives. Support project execution, troubleshooting, and operational improvements for client environments. Required Qualifications Minimum of 8+ years of experience across the enterprise data center stack—from hardware to the application layer—within a consulting firm or systems integrator. Minimum of 3+ years of experience conceptualizing and architecting target environments for Oracle Exastack. Minimum of 2+ years of experience supporting professional services sales cycles, including proposal development, RFP responses, and account expansion initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience working in hybrid environments. Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
