SAP S/4 HR
& SuccessFactors Consultant to support an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagement. The role requires strong client-facing experience and full-time onsite presence at the client location. Key Responsibilities Act as a functional support consultant in an AMS environment.
Provide end-to-end support for:
Incidents Service Requests Minor Enhancements Perform issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution. Work closely with client stakeholders, HR teams, and IT counterparts. Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes. Participate in system testing, validation, and user support activities. Prepare functional documentation and support handover activities. Coordinate with technical teams where required.
