The candidate will work across the Engineering organizations within Application Production Services Engineering to quantify and measure the overall effectiveness of the organization. The candidate will work along side other team members to collect key metrics, normalize them, and publish them to be consumed by senior management. Initially the reporting will focus on what we currently have, but will mature into how can we optimize, and then will help communicate the message to the Senior Leadership Team, and to the respective CIO Partners. Ability to analyze large datasets and normalize them in a consumable way by executive management The ability to tell a story by using data to market, optimize, and clearly provide the value of the organization A team leader, whom can bring different points of view and converge on a single aligned message A willingness to learn and adapt new processes and technologies as the business continues to evolve 2 years of Data Analytics or MBA/Masters Equivalency Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerBI / Salesforce Tableau Python/Data modeling languages Atlassian Jira Critical Thinker whom can communicate effectively across different levels in the organizations
