Analyst I, Digital Analytics (iCasino) - Corporate (Las Vegas) Caesars Entertainment - 3.6 Las Vegas, NV Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Data-driven problem-solving Full Job Description The Analyst I, Digital Analytics (iCasino) in the Enterprise Analytics team will partner with iGaming stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, analyze offer performance, identify industry trends, segment Caesars' customer database, perform ad-hoc analysis, and create standardized reporting in support of the operations. This role supports the iCasino business within Caesars' broader online gaming portfolio, which spans casino, poker, and sports betting across a variety of brands. The ideal candidate will help identify opportunities to grow these business units and work with clients to implement findings and best practices. Prepare standardized reporting on various operations to provide senior leaders visibility into performance trends within Caesars Conduct ad-hoc analyses including, but not limited to, gaming performance reviews, customer behavior analysis, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, forecasting & statistical analysis, database development, budgeting, etc. Synthesize data into actionable recommendations and presentations for management review Collaborate with fellow analysts to refine assumptions, ensure accuracy of results, and create holistic view of performance Communicate analyses, findings, conclusions, and recommendations to all relevant business partners, and actively assist in the implementation of accepted recommendations Experience querying, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets Strength in critical thinking, problem solving, and written and verbal communication. Comfort in articulating complex information and analyses to a variety of audiences Intellectual curiosity and willingness to quickly learn relevant database applications and software, as well as industry-specific terminology and dynamics Demonstrated interest in a career in data- and analytics-driven business Desire to understand a broad range of operations within the casino and hospitality industry Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while consistently delivering accurate and high-quality work Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
(PREFERRED) Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier program in one of the following areas: Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Hotel Management, Business, or Data Science Graduate Degree in one of the following areas or in an equivalent technical field: Business, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Hotel Management Exposure to statistical analysis or optimization analytics Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: SQL, R, VBA, Sass, Python, and/or experience in working with Google BigQuery. Some experience in working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Hyperion experience a plus Experience with web-based data visualization tools, such as Tableau or MicroStrategy Prior experience in the gaming/hospitality industry a plus At Caesars Entertainment, Inc., our Team Members create the extraordinary.
