Pride Health is hiring an Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to support our client's healthcare facility in Bronx, NY.

•Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Job Overview Seeking an Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other business units to implement, optimize, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate requirements into Oracle HCM system requirements.

Work with Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Scheduling, and Reporting.

Support configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.

Analyze business requirements and perform gap analysis.

Recommend system enhancements and process improvements.

Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Oracle HCM data.

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document defects, and track issue resolution.

Assist with data migration, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Develop training materials and conduct end-user training.

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM issues.

Work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst/Solutions Analyst.

Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Proficiency with Oracle HCM modules such as:

Payroll

Time & Labor

Absence

Benefits

Reporting

Core HR

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Knowledge of system integrations and data migration.

Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred/required per posting.

Bachelor's degree.
