TBD Position Summary The SAP Analyst partners with business stakeholders to support, enhance, and optimize SAP solutions across key business functions. This role is responsible for analyzing requirements, configuring SAP processes, resolving system issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Configure, maintain, and support SAP modules and related business processes. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams. Manage master data and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Develop reports, dashboards, and process performance metrics. Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployments. Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience supporting SAP ERP solutions. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, PM, or FI/CO. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience gathering business requirements and supporting end users. Preferred Qualifications SAP certification in a functional area. Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or migrations. Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience in a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills. Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality. Some travel between local J&J sites may be required.

Compensation:

$35-55/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
