Job Description
Your role
As an Aftermarket Parts Planner, your mission is to ensure the efficient coordination and execution of spare parts orders from release through delivery. By collaborating closely with manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, customer centers, and sales teams, you will help drive on-time delivery performance, support monthly Net Invoiced Sales (NIS) objectives, and provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Your ability to proactively manage order flow, communicate effectively across global teams, and identify process improvements will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will report to the Customer Solutions Sales Manager.
You will: Coordinate the movement of spare parts orders across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, customer centers, and sales teams to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Create and release purchase requisitions, manufacturing packages, and other documentation required to fulfill spare parts and engineered solutions orders.
Monitor order status, identify and resolve delays, maintain backlog data, and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Manage NIS reporting, forecasts, and operational performance metrics to support business objectives.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function, or equivalent work and education experience. You are computer savvy with familiarity with Microsoft products, including excel.
You have experience working with an ERP system or have the ability and willingness to quickly learn new systems.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills to assess customer needs and communicate the needs to the support departments. You are highly organized and can prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment. In return, we offer
