Virtual About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst II to support the design, standardization, automation, and governance of enterprise-wide First Line of Defense (FLOD) Risk Reporting . This role will partner with Risk, Compliance, Data, Technology, and Business stakeholders to develop scalable reporting solutions that provide meaningful insights into risk trends, support executive decision-making, and align with regulatory and governance expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering executive-level dashboards, risk reporting frameworks, and automated reporting solutions within financial services or other highly regulated environments. This consultant will help transform fragmented reporting processes into a streamlined, automated, and audit-ready reporting ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Risk Reporting & Dashboard Development Design, enhance, and standardize FLOD risk reporting for senior leadership, risk committees, and Board-level audiences. Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packages highlighting key risk indicators, emerging risks, issue trends, control performance, and escalation items. Create meaningful visualizations and narratives that translate complex risk data into actionable business insights. Build drill-down reporting capabilities across dimensions such as business line, risk category, regulation, product, control framework, and risk statements. Data Management & Governance Map and document reporting data sources, ownership structures, data lineage, and end-to-end reporting workflows. Establish data quality controls, reconciliations, validation procedures, and audit-ready documentation. Identify reporting gaps, data inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies while recommending sustainable solutions. Support evidence retention, change logging, and reporting governance requirements. Automation & Business Intelligence Automate data collection, aggregation, transformation, and dashboard refresh processes wherever feasible. Develop scalable reporting solutions capable of supporting future metrics, regulatory requirements, and business needs. Enable on-demand reporting and delivery across platforms including Power BI, PowerPoint, PDF, and other reporting tools. Collaborate with technology teams to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Stakeholder Engagement & Project Delivery Partner with Business Control Officers, Risk Management teams, Data Owners, Technology partners, and senior stakeholders to gather requirements and align reporting standards. Facilitate workshops, working sessions, governance meetings, and reporting review forums. Translate business and risk requirements into functional specifications, reporting designs, and implementation plans. Manage project timelines, track milestones, identify dependencies, communicate risks, and provide regular status updates. Change Management & Continuous Improvement Develop governance processes supporting reporting enhancements, intake management, testing, approvals, and prioritization. Create and maintain documentation including operating procedures, RACI matrices, governance workflows, and reporting standards. Support ongoing reporting optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or enhancing risk reporting, management reporting, executive dashboards, or committee-level reporting. Experience working within financial services, banking, insurance, regulatory, or other highly regulated environments. Strong understanding of risk management concepts, operational risk, issue management, controls, key risk indicators (KRIs), escalation processes, and governance reporting.

Experience working with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms. Project management experience involving complex cross-functional initiatives.
