MBI Overview Onsite or Remote.75-80 hourly some flexibility for the right candidate on the rate. 1099 contract, MBI clearance Responsibilities Lead client discussions related to SAP Concur T&E processes, including design requirements, functional capabilities, and process enhancements Provide business process expertise for SAP Concur Travel & Expense Support creation of functional specifications/requirements and configuration testing Ensure integrations of Concur Expense with ERP, HR, and other applications such as TripIt, ExpenseIT, and fraud detection tools Advise on expense policies, federal travel regulations, and credit card clearing processes Conduct design workshops, gather requirements, and support testing and defect management Communicate effectively with various user communities, including managers, administrators, and travelers Support change management efforts impacting user communities Work on compliance with industry standards and regulations Requirements 7+ years of Concur Travel & Expense implementation experience In-depth knowledge of Concur configuration (travel, expense, reporting) Experience with integrating Concur Expense with ERP, HR, and related applications Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulations and credit card processing Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Certified Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and support testing processes Understanding of change impacts on different user groups Experience with E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) system and GSA Travel reporting Tool System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
