Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings. Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals of various backgrounds and professional levels. Shift Primarily days (i.e. Monday - Friday, 8a-5p) Please be aware that as an exempt position, job duties may require additional time in the evenings, nights, holidays and/or weekends to accomplish work goals in excess of 40 hours per week. Job Summary The Student LifeCycle Management (SLCM) Team is seeking to add an Enterprise Functional Analyst Advanced to support the student administration sector of the university student experience. This role plays a vital part in supporting the systems and processes that power the student experience from admissions through enrollment and beyond. This position is part of UK's evolving IT strategy and will report through the Technology Services department in Beyond Blue effective July 1, 2026. In this position, you'll serve as a key partner to campus stakeholders, helping ensure that student administration systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will provide functional support, troubleshoot user experience issues, and collaborate across technical and functional teams to maintain seamless operations for critical student processes. You'll also work closely with developers and analysts to build your understanding of the applications, integrations, and underlying programming that support the full student lifecycle including admissions, enrollment, and student records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
