Level I- $58,686.00; Level II
- $65,000.00; Level III
- $75,000.
- Grade 516: Knowledge is acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience OR Associate's degree and three (3) years of experience. Level II
- Grade 517: Knowledge is acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience OR Associate's degree and five (5) years of experience. Level III
- Grade 518: Knowledge is acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience OR Associate's degree and seven (7) years of experience.
ERP / SIS

Adobe Sign or similar e-signature tools. Microsoft 365 administration experience. Higher education administrative processes knowledge. Vendor coordination experience. Administer and configure NeoEd modules (recruiting, onboarding, performance, learning, eForms). Administer and configure Ellucian Experience platform. Maintain and configure SharePoint and Adobe Sign solutions. Manage system configurations, workflows, permissions, and upgrades.Job Duty Business Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
Analyze academic and administrative processes for efficiency improvements. Identify gaps and recommend system-based solutions. Support redesign of workflows aligned to institutional goals.Job Duty Integration & Automation:
Support system integrations. Develop Power Automate workflows. Manage identity lifecycle processes.Job Duty Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with administrative departments. Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations. Support system adoption and provide advanced guidance.Job Duty Reporting & Analytics:
Support reporting for administrative processes. Provide insights for decision-making.Job Duty Documentation & Training:
Develop SOP's and documentation. Provide training to faculty and staff on systems and processes.Job Duty Implementation & Training:
Assist with implementation of new modules, features, and systems Evaluate new tools to enhance business operations.Job Duty Other Duties:
