Senior Sales Analyst - Hybrid Drive Business Decisions Through Data Rohrer Corporation is seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Sales Analyst to join our Commercial team. This hybrid role is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys transforming complex business data into meaningful insights that influence sales strategy and executive decision-making. As a trusted business partner to the National Sales Director, you will analyze sales performance, forecast future opportunities, develop executive-level reporting, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, Pricing, Customer Service, and Operations. What You Will Do:
Analyze sales performance, forecasts, customer trends, and business opportunities. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Excel and Power BI. Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Prepare executive presentations, MBRs, QBRs, and Board-level reporting. Monitor pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, customer profitability, and sales productivity metrics. Partner cross-functionally to improve reporting and commercial decision-making. Support CRM reporting, data integrity, and process improvements. Assist with sales compensation and commission reporting. Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools. Identify commercial trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, business analysis, finance, pricing, or sales support. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Understanding of margins, pricing strategies, and customer profitability. SQL, Python, AI, or advanced analytics experience. Sales compensation or commission reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing, packaging, or B2B commercial experience.
