Active or eligible Top Secret clearance Position Summary Develop, configure, integrate, test, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows. The developer will support Oracle APEX application migration, ITSM implementation, App Engine development, systems integration, security configuration, documentation, and user knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM and App Engine applications. Migrate Oracle APEX applications and business processes to ServiceNow. Develop workflows using Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server. Configure SSO, LDAP, SAML, role-based access, and field-level security. Support workflows containing PII and PHI. Perform testing, peer reviews, defect correction, and release support. Maintain technical documentation, POA&M updates, and Agile work items. Conduct training, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions. Work directly with Navy stakeholders and government technical personnel. Minimum Requirements Five years of progressive information technology experience. Three years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification at contract start. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification at contract start. ServiceNow CIS certification for a core workflow at contract start or within 90 days. DoD IAT Level II certification. Qualification under DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work role 621 or 451. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Bootstrap, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, MID Server, LDAP, SAML, and SSO. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, App Engine, integrations, testing, and Agile delivery. Ability to obtain and maintain CAC, DBIDS, SAAR-N, and required Navy system access.
