Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using

REST/SOAP

APIs and integration hub Perform platform upgrades, patches, and ongoing system administration tasks Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents, defects, and performance issues Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on platform configuration and scripting Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules Strong understanding of

REST/SOAP

web services and API integrations ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently onsite Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
