IT Database / IT Software Overview We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a large-scale ServiceNow modernization effort for DISA under the
GSM-O II
program. This role will focus heavily on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI), and Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT). The successful candidate will help design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions supporting mission-critical Department of Defense operations. This is a 100% onsite position at Fort Meade, MD, Scott AFB, IL, or Hill AFB, UT. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen Active Secret clearance preferred Candidates without a clearance may be considered for sponsorship if local to one of the supported locations Ability to obtain Security+ certification within 14 days of start date 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, roles, and integrations Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices Experience integrating external systems using APIs and automation tools Strong communication and customer-facing skills Highly Desired Experience ServiceNow OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications) TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory)

modules CMDB architecture, governance, and data quality Discovery and Service Mapping Data modeling and CI relationship management ServiceNow upgrades and platform enhancements Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules Support implementation and enhancement of ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, TNI, OMT, and TSOM solutions Build workflows, forms, catalogs, dashboards, reports, and role-based access controls Develop integrations with enterprise tools and monitoring platforms Support ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and platform maintenance Integrate and reconcile data from multiple sources into the CMDB Improve CMDB data quality, governance, and operational processes Collaborate with engineers, analysts, architects, and customer stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues Support Agile development and DevSecOps initiatives Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ITIL Foundation Certification Experience with Jira, Git, and Confluence Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices AWS or additional ServiceNow certifications Experience supporting enterprise-scale DoD environments Why Join?
