Experience analyzing the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.

Position Description:

• Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
• Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
• Collabor ate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
• Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including prototypes, and oral presentations.

Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications for their practice expertise.

Skills Requirements:

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS

( Basic Qualifications )

• Bachelor 's and 3 years of experience, Master's and 1 year of experience or 7+ in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
• 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
• Experien ce across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
• Excellen t understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts
• Experien ce supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
• Excellen t technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellen t written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
• Experien ce with the US Federal Government
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

• 2+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
