INTL - Sr Salesforce Developer
Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our global team. This role will focus primarily on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with occasional involvement in Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in Salesforce development, enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to continuously learn and grow. We value self-starters who can work independently, collaborate effectively with teammates, and proactively seek out opportunities to contribute. Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce applications with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve existing Salesforce solutions, including legacy code and configurations.
- Build and update integrations between Salesforce and internal/external platforms.
- Support case management and customer support-related business processes.
- Collaborate with technical leads and teammates to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Work independently to investigate issues, drive solutions, and determine when collaboration or escalation is needed.
- Document solutions and maintain clean, maintainable code.
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset by identifying opportunities for improvement and taking on additional work when capacity allows.
- Continuously learn and expand Salesforce knowledge, tools, and best practices.

- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and improve existing Salesforce solutions and legacy code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges independently.
- Ability to manage priorities and remain productive while working with distributed teams across time zones.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication and collaboration within technical teams.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve technical skills.
- Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus but are not required.
