Job Description
The client's IT department is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer/Expert to lead the design and implementation of a secure, scalable, and user-centric Salesforce and integration solutions for the Back@Home project. Provide day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications to ensure availability, stability, and alignment with business goals. Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Visual force pages, Lightning components, flows, and integrations. Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Salesforce tools (flows, process builder, approvals). Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or other methods to ensure seamless data flow. Manage environments, deployments, user roles, permissions, security policies, and large data loads. Diagnose system issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and continuously optimize performance. Work closely with business, product owners, QA teams, technical leads, and project managers to deliver enhancements and support strategic initiatives.
