ERP/CRM Developer

Description We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in enhancing system workflows, automating processes, and creating robust security measures. This opportunity offers a chance to collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to the development and administration of critical applications.

Responsibilities:

• Modify and enhance forms and workflows to optimize system functionality.
• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes.
• Develop and enforce robust security measures for teams, managers, and sales representatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks to strengthen overall application security.
• Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Configure and customize ERP and CRM systems to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business needs.
• Perform API development to integrate applications with other systems.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for application development and administration.
• Ensure proper configuration management and adherence to best practices. Requirements
• Proficiency in client-side scripting and development.
• Experience creating and managing business requirement documents.
• Strong skills in configuration management and application customization.
• Hands-on expertise in API development and integration.
• Proven experience in Salesforce development and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of application development and administration.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
