Hybrid Data Analyst | Tableau + Conversational Intelligence | Southington, CT Turn millions of customer conversations into insights that actually change how Fortune 500 brands serve their customers. We're a BPO supporting multiple high-profile clients
  • meaning your dashboards won't sit unused.
You'll build the source of truth for Operations, QA, and client execs during QBRs. If you love Tableau, live in SQL, and know your way around CallMiner, Genesys, or similar CI platforms, this role was built for you.
What You'll Own:
Build and own intuitive Tableau dashboards used daily by operations leaders and clients Mine structured + unstructured data: transcripts, sentiment, topic modeling, QA scores, agent performance, CRM/WFM/telephony data Find the story
  • spot trends, anomalies, and CX improvement opportunities before anyone else does Present clear, visual narratives directly to clients and stakeholders
  • not through a manager Automate recurring reporting and improve dashboard performance and data quality What Gets You an Interview [Must-Haves]: 3+ years as a Data Analyst in a contact center, customer service, or CX analytics environment Advanced Tableau
  • you build performant, interactive dashboards from scratch, not just edit them Strong SQL and experience with large, messy datasets from multiple sources Hands-on experience with a Conversational Intelligence platform: CallMiner, Genesys, NICE, Verint, Observe.
AI, etc. Experience analyzing text-based data
  • sentiment, topic modeling, QA transcripts Live within commuting distance of Southington, CT for hybrid schedule (Tue-Thu in office)
Bonus Points :
[Preferred] Experience supporting QBRs or external client presentations Familiarity with AI-driven speech/text analytics Bachelor's in Analytics, Stats, Business, CS or equivalent real-world experience
