  • Job Summary The Conversion Initiative is migrating legacy reporting to Power BI , with data sourced from GCP BigQuery and the enterprise SQL data warehouse.
The Lead Power BI Developer will lead a team of 4+ developers and ensure high-quality, standardized reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead redesign and modernization of legacy reports in Power BI. Mentor and guide 4+ Power BI developers and establish development standards. Collaborate with business, data engineering, and ETL teams on data sourcing and reporting. Develop accessible, secure, and standardized Power BI dashboards and reports. Perform testing, validation, documentation, and stakeholder requirement gathering.
Required Skills:
5+ years hands-on Power BI development in an enterprise/production environment. Strong ETL and BI/Reporting experience. Experience as a Technical Lead for 4+ developers. Strong knowledge of data modeling, visualization, and enterprise reporting standards . Excellent communication skills.
