•Baer is looking for Oracle BPM/ADF Developer for a 12 month Federal Remote Project.

W2 or C2C Overview Seeking an experienced Oracle BPM/ADF Developer to support, maintain, and enhance Oracle Fusion Middleware applications. The role includes production support, defect resolution, application enhancements, deployments, and ensuring application stability.

Description:

Develop, maintain, and support Oracle ADF and Oracle BPM applications. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes. Design and maintain ADF Business Components, Task Flows, and BPM processes. Support application deployments, patches, upgrades, and release activities. Customize Oracle WebCenter Portal pages and integrate enterprise content. Develop

SQL/PLSQL

objects and optimize database performance. Collaborate with business analysts, QA, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver enhancements. Manage incidents, change requests, and service tickets while meeting SLA requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge articles. Recommend improvements to application performance, reliability, and support processes.

Requirements:

5+ years of Oracle ADF and Oracle BPM development experience. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, and WebCenter Portal. Experience with Java/J2EE, SQL, and PL/SQL. Hands-on experience with production support, incident management, and deployments. Familiarity with Git/SVN and CI/CD practices. Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, JIRA, Oracle IAM, and ADF Security. Oracle ADF/BPM/Fusion Middleware certification is a plus. Experience in regulated or government environments is preferred. Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a form.
