This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and technical engineering. You will act as the Functional Owner of specific client features, the Builder of the core UI/logic, and the Developer of complex programmatic solutions. Your mission is to ensure that Lockbox LIMS is not only technically sound but also aligned with the complex, regulated workflows of modern laboratories. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with stakeholders to determine, write, and obtain client approval for detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Lead functional testing and conduct live demos to solicit feedback and ensure high user adoption. Configure Lockbox LIMS and Salesforce functionality, including Protocols, CSV import templates, permission sets, validation rules, sharing rules, formulas, and reporting. Design and build Salesforce Flows. Develop custom Apex, Visualforce (VF), and Lightning Web Components (LWC) when out-of-the-box configuration reaches its limit. Deliver tested solutions that meet the approved Acceptance Criteria. Work closely with Software Project Managers to communicate progress and escalate risks.
