Chicago, IL Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary Salesforce support engineer for multiple Salesforce applications Manage daily operations, maintenance, and administration of Salesforce environments Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and reliability Utilize ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and support activities Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, territory management, and security settings Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, sharing rules, permission sets, and Lightning Flows Develop and maintain triggers, custom objects, and workflow enhancements Perform minor Apex and Batch Apex code modifications Troubleshoot Lightning Web Components (LWC) and platform issues Develop custom reports and dashboards Execute data loads, migrations, and cleanup activities Support enterprise data architecture and governance initiatives Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce environments Support integrations involving REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, Informatica, and ETL processes Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend improvements Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer Experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow and ITSM processes 2+ years of experience with data architecture and data migration Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform administration Experience with Lightning Flows, reports and dashboards, record types, page layouts, permission sets, territory management, roles and profiles, sharing rules, custom objects, Apex development, Batch Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience with Omnistudio, Omniscripts, Informatica, REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, ETL processes, GitHub, and Copado deployments Experience with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps (ADO), Azure, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Salesforce Certified Administrator certification Salesforce Platform Developer I certification Salesforce Platform App Builder certification Salesforce CPQ experience Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience Experience with Marketo, Seismic, Qualtrics, and Discovery Framework Experience with testing automation and defect management platforms Key Competencies & Behaviors Analytical Problem Solving Troubleshooting Skills Stakeholder Management Technical Communication Attention to
