Position Summary Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Senior Software Development Engineer - Salesforce Developer within the SSATD organization. As a Senior Salesforce Vlocity Developer at CVS Health/Aetna, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment delivering innovative solutions. We are looking for a passionate, driven person who wants to join our high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers' lives. Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of the Salesforce projects using Salesforce Service or Health Cloud
  • Manage the development and deployment of new projects and enhancements involving Knowledge Base configuration, Workflow assignments, Service Cloud Voice, Agentforce and LWC
  • Ensure that work-products meet business requirements and goals
  • Provide detailed design and documentation of solutions for OOTB, and custom code
  • Work with blended business and IT development teams
  • Apply environment and DevOps strategies and set up governance process for Salesforce Org Additional Information

  • Required 5+ years of Salesforce development hand on experience including lwc, apex and aura.
  • Required Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
  • Preferred experience to Salesforce AI tools like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, or Next Best Action
  • Required proficiency in debugging and performance tuning using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools
  • Required experience in Agile methodology with preferred experience in SAFe methodology
  • Required good communication and collaborative skills
  • Required experience working in onshore/offshore support model collaborating work with offshore teams. Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred experience working with tools Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader and ANT, Copado preferred, AutoRABIT.
  • Preferred experience working with GitHub, RTC, automation tools.

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
