Sr. Manager, IT ApplicationsOverviewWe are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer (Developer III) to design, develop, and support custom ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ITSM, and enterprise integrations. This role is heavily focused on workflow automation in the HR space, application development, and API-based integrations, delivering platform enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate brings strong JavaScript skills and hands-on experience building scalable ServiceNow solutions that integrate cleanly with enterprise systems. Required Skills
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript and the ServiceNow Glide API.
  • Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
  • Experience building REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Knowledge of HRSD and ITSM processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and MID Server technologies.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer. Nice to Have Skills
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Experience with Employee Center and Service Portal development.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure, Active Directory, Snowflake, SAP, or other enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with Git, DevOps practices, and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows and virtual agent solutions. Preferred Education and Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience (required).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred. Other Requirements

  • Reporting line: Sr. Manager, IT Applications. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Develop Service Catalog solutions, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment processes.
  • Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
  • Develop HRSD and ITSM solutions supporting business process automation.
  • Design and implement workflow automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
  • Support Agile development teams in delivering high-quality ServiceNow enhancements.
