  • We are looking for a Sr Salesforce Developer to join a team in Los Angeles, California and contribute deep technical expertise across enterprise CRM solutions.
This position is ideal for someone who excels in Apex development, understands scalable Salesforce architecture, and can work effectively across integrated cloud environments. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule 3 days a week on-site. There is a possibility for some more remote flexibility in the future. The role will support complex application development, connected services, and reliable data flows while helping the team adapt to evolving business and technical needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on maintainable Apex code and platform best practices.
  • Create and refine data models that support business processes, reporting needs, and long-term scalability across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Develop and support JavaScript-based components and testing-related functionality that interact with Salesforce applications.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise services using APIs and event-driven patterns.
  • Contribute to cloud-connected solutions involving AWS services such as EventBridge and Lambda within a broader distributed environment.
  • Evaluate how changes to applications, integrations, or data structures may affect connected upstream and downstream systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders and technical team members to translate business requirements into secure, high-quality CRM solutions.
  • Support configuration, deployment, and ongoing improvement efforts in a fast-changing environment while remaining adaptable to new tools and processes.
