Weeks Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer to lead complex BI projects, develop scalable data solutions, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence, data modeling, advanced SQL, analytics, reporting, and dashboard development .

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize complex Business Intelligence solutions . Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions aligned with business objectives. Create complex data models, reporting structures, and analytical solutions . Build and maintain real-time dashboards and KPI reports . Write, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced SQL queries and scripts . Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions. Optimize data pipelines and BI processes for performance and scalability. Apply best practices for data governance, data quality, and security . Troubleshoot and resolve complex BI and reporting issues. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BI developers. Stay current with emerging BI technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required in related field. Approximately 8 years of IT experience , with a strong focus on: Business Intelligence, Data Modeling, Data Analytics, etc. Strong advanced SQL experience. Experience developing BI solutions, reports, dashboards, and data models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently on complex BI projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay:
