Job Description

Salesforce Developer Duration:
9/8/2026 - 1/31/2027
Location:
Plano, TX or Reston, VA (100% Onsite required; no remote option)
Key Responsibilities Application Development:
Design, code, test, and implement complex and customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
System Integration:
Develop and maintain secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and internal enterprise systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
Agile Delivery:
Participate actively in all Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming) to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Collaboration & Architecture:
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical architects to create solution frameworks that align with longterm enterprise technology strategies.
Code Quality & CI/CD:
Leverage modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Salesforce DX) for continuous integration and deployment. Conduct peer code reviews to enforce coding standards, security, and best practices.
Troubleshooting & Optimization:
Manage and optimize production environments, addressing performance issues, data integrity concerns, and resolving application bugs.
Required Qualifications Experience:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Core Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in developing customized solutions utilizing Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Salesforce data modeling.
Integration Expertise:
Proven experience building complex integrations using external APIs, web services, and enterprise middleware.
Tools & DevOps:
Strong understanding of source control (Git/Bitbucket) and automated deployment tools (SFDX, GitLab).
Logistical Requirement:
Must be able to work 100% onsite at either the Plano, TX or Reston, VA campus for the full duration of the contract.
