To that end, Tesla is seeking hardworking and passionate Product Managers. This Product Manager will be part of a team that is focused on delivering highly scalable systems for the distribution and logistics network at Tesla. What You'll Do Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, including customer scenarios and future growth considerations Capture detailed requirements with use cases, process flows, and solution approaches that align with current operations and scalability needs Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Warehouse, Logistics, Fulfillment, Material & Production Planning) and engineering teams to deliver world-class, scalable business applications and architecture Prioritize features, enhancements, architectural improvements, and operational excellence based on business value and impact Define, measure, and analyze KPIs to evaluate operations performance and drive data-informed decision making Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure product quality sign-off, and manage product documentation Handle product escalations, support knowledge transition, and ensure smooth ongoing operations and handovers What You'll Bring Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent in experience, and 2+ years of experience in product management Hands-on experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, distribution, or back-office ERP processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Forecast to Build, etc.) Experience with greenfield implementations of ERP applications is a strong advantage Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making; SQL proficiency and exposure to API-based systems integration Ability to work effectively with IT, engineering, UX, business stakeholders, end users, and external partners to deliver tailored solutions Solid experience working in Agile methodology with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior executives Willingness to travel up to 25% Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: Medical plans > plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution Company Paid (Health Savings Accounts) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High-Deductible medical plan with HSA Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits Company paid Basic Life, AD&D Short-term and long-term disability insurance (90 day waiting period) Employee Assistance Program Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions, Accrued hours for Hourly positions), and Paid Holidays Back-up childcare and parenting support resources Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs Tesla Babies program Commuter benefits Employee discounts and perks program Expected Compensation $112,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
