    • ERP/SAP systems What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Owning end-to-end delivery of major transformation programs, from strategy definition through to implementation and adoption Leading senior consulting teams and mentoring mid-level consultants on complex client engagements Advising C-suite and executive stakeholders on strategic transformation roadmaps and change management approaches Designing and driving process improvement initiatives across finance, supply chain, operations and technology functions Managing stakeholder relationships across multiple organizational levels and competing priorities Establishing delivery methodologies, quality standards and best practices across consulting teams Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 10-15 years' experience in consulting, business transformation or process improvement 5+ years leading and mentoring consulting or delivery teams Proven expertise in enterprise transformation programs, ideally within SAP or ERP system implementations SAP Certified Professional certification or equivalent advanced systems knowledge Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives Strong business acumen across finance, operations, supply chain or technology domains Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have Agile or Lean Six Sigma certifications Experience with post-implementation optimization or value realization programs Track record of leading large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives Public speaking or thought leadership experience What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Scope to shape organizational strategy and influence executive decision-making on transformational change Opportunity to lead high-impact consulting engagements with measurable business outcomes Mentorship and development of consulting teams, with potential progression toward principal or partner-level responsibility Exposure to diverse industries and business models across major enterprise clients Intellectual challenge and autonomy in designing and executing transformation solutions Professional development opportunities aligned with senior-level expertise and market recognition About Specialist Staffing Group Specialist Staffing Group connects strategic consulting and transformation professionals with leading organizations undertaking major business change.
