Job Description You are getting closer to touching the sky! ✈️ We want you to be part of this exciting journey where you can grow and develop alongside a highly trained and diverse team that will help you continue overcoming obstacles and reach your destination. 🎯 CIO Controller In this role, you will coordinate and plan the logistics of the crews (Hotels, Tickets, Transportation, meals), as well as carry out the procedures with immigration authorities, in order to ensure the efficient development of daily operations.

Specific functions:

Manage the Netline Crew system in accordance with the operational information received through movement messages, ACARS messages, and other means authorized by the company, in order to provide the operational areas with accurate and timely information. Manage the activation alert for the crews, in order to preserve the service time of the crews and their rest according to Aeronautical Regulation. Provide flight crews with precise instructions for their movements and positioning, coordinating with transportation providers, so that the crews arrive on time at each airport to ensure operational compliance; alerting at all times to any operational changes. Receive and provide to the catering providers the requests made by flight crews and on-duty personnel, in order to ensure the timely supply of supplies and meals for each flight of the company. Provide immigration authorities with the required information for the entry of crews into each country, in order to comply with customs requirements as well as ensure operational compliance. Coordinate with hotel providers the respective crew reservations, thus ensuring the adequate rest of the Pilots. Manage ticket requests for crew transfers, ensuring the positioning of the crews according to operational requirements. Ensure the daily flight schedule is updated, in order to inform the crews of operational changes. Coordinate the travel process of the Company's personnel on Cargo planes, ensuring compliance with the Company's guidelines as well as the Immigration Authorities of each Country. Ensure the notification of alerts according to the different categories of emergencies, detailing the incident presented, as well as providing any relevant information for the committee, in case it is activated. (Emergency Response Plan).

Check-in / boarding requirements:

Academic training: Technician in Flight Operations or Operations - Aircraft Dispatch.

Experience :

1 year of experience in tasks or positions related to flight control and/or crew scheduling / aviation sector. Availability for rotating shifts.
