  • As a Senior Transformation Program Manager, you will sit within the MTEFG Transformation Office and drive the technology and platform transformation initiatives.

This includes, but is not limited to: core system consolidation and upgrades, requirements, data, integrations, testing, and deployments. You will partner closely with Product, Technology, and Business leadership along with external vendors to define and implement the future-state technology platforms.

\#LI-LA1 M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $118,200.00 - $197,000.00 Annual (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
