seeks a Chief Technology & Transformation Officer to define and execute our global technology and digital transformation strategy. You will align IT and product roadmaps with business goals, modernize architectures, and scale cloud, data, and security capabilities. Partnering with executive leaders and global teams, you'll oversee large transformation portfolios, ensure delivery excellence, manage significant budgets, and build a high-performing, innovative technology organization that accelerates value for our clients worldwide. Responsibilities Define and own NTT DATA's global technology and digital transformation strategy aligned to business goals. Lead modernization of core platforms, cloud adoption, data and analytics, and cybersecurity capabilities. Oversee large, complex transformation programs and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery. Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into technology roadmaps and investment plans. Establish IT governance, portfolio management, and performance metrics for global initiatives. Manage substantial technology budgets and optimize ROI across platforms, vendors, and services. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global technology and transformation organization. Drive Agile and Dev Ops ways of working to increase delivery speed, reliability, and innovation. Ensure compliance, risk management, and resilience across the technology landscape. Represent technology strategy and progress to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
