- Senior Digital Strategy & Experience Program Management Specialist

Position Responsibilities:
- + Oversee the development and execution of high-impact digital strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance customer engagement.
- Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- + •Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or user experience design, with a strong emphasis on technical project management.
- + •Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects and initiatives, particularly in a technical environment.
- + •Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- + •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- + •Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Design, IT or a related field•+ Master's degree + Scaled Agile
SPC, LPM
certification(s) + PMP certification + OCM certification(s) + Professional services/consultancy experience + Experience leading SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, AI, or Big Data initiatives + Aviation & Defense experienceDrug Free Workplace:

Summary pay range:
